The Industrial Raise design, original writing and software are owned by Dan Mottram or used under licence.

Organisation names, marks and logos belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion identifies a directory record and does not imply endorsement.

Public facts remain subject to applicable rights and source terms.

The site links to funders, investors and other external services. Their owners control their content, availability and terms.

Availability and changes

Features, records and access may change without notice. The service may be suspended for security, maintenance or operational reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dan Mottram is not liable for losses caused by reliance on directory content or external services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights.
