How Industrial Raise protects the public directory and enquiry route.
Service design
Most pages are generated as static files. Cloudflare provides encrypted transport, edge delivery and network protection.
The site does not provide public user accounts or hold payment card data.
Enquiry protection
The contact endpoint validates required fields, limits input length, checks the requesting origin and uses a hidden spam field.
Delivery credentials remain in server-side environment settings. They are never included in the browser code.
Responsible reporting
If you find a security issue, email [email protected] with the affected URL, steps and potential impact.
Please avoid accessing, changing or retaining data that is not yours. Do not disrupt the service while investigating.
Reports are reviewed promptly. Acknowledgement and remediation timing depend on severity and reproducibility.
Scope
Third-party websites linked from directory records remain under their owners' security policies.
