Information collected

Enquiry forms collect your name, work email, company, website and message. Optional fields are identified on the form.

Cloudflare may process internet protocol addresses, request details and security events while hosting and protecting the site.

Directory records are compiled from public business sources. They mainly describe organisations, funds and programmes.

Why information is used

  • To respond to enquiries and take steps requested before an advisory engagement.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To review correction and removal requests.
  • To keep records needed for contracts, legal duties and dispute resolution.

The lawful bases are steps before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests.

The legitimate interests are answering genuine enquiries, maintaining an accurate directory and protecting the service from misuse.

Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare provides hosting and security. Resend provides email delivery when the enquiry form is configured for direct delivery.

These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Their contractual and legal safeguards govern those transfers.

Personal information is not sold. It is disclosed when required by law, or when needed to protect legal rights and service security.

Retention

Enquiry information and correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.

Correction and removal requests may be kept for 24 months to record the outcome and prevent repeated publication errors.

Security information controlled by Dan is normally kept for 30 days. Relevant records may be retained longer after a security incident or legal claim.

Cookies and analytics

Industrial Raise does not use advertising or marketing cookies. It does not provide user accounts or payment services.

Cloudflare may use essential security technologies when protective controls are active.

Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure aggregate performance without cookies or personal data when it is enabled.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal information.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Send a request to [email protected]. Identity checks may be required before information is disclosed or changed.

No solely automated decision produces a legal or similarly significant effect through this site.

Complaints and changes

Raise concerns with Dan first. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

This notice will be updated when the service, providers or data uses change.
