About
Wefunder is an equity-crowdfunding platform founded in 2012 by Nick Tommarello, Mike Norman and Greg Belote and based in San Francisco. Using JOBS Act provisions, it lets individuals invest from $100 in startups, and founders raise between $50,000 and $5m. It is the largest Regulation Crowdfunding portal in the US.
