Volta Energy Technologies is a venture firm founded in 2017 by Jeff Chamberlain, focused exclusively on battery and energy-storage technology, with more than $330m across two funds. It emerged from work at Argonne National Laboratory and aims to bridge lab research and commercial investment. Its portfolio spans solid-state and silicon-anode batteries, manufacturing processes and grid-scale storage, including Solid Power and NanoGraf.
