Upside Partnership is a seed and pre-seed venture firm founded in 2014 by Kent Goldman, formerly a partner at First Round Capital, and based in Mill Valley, California. It closed an initial $30m fund, writing first cheques of around $500,000 and reserving most of the fund for follow-on. The firm gives its portfolio founders a stake in the overall fund. Holdings include Hims & Hers and Allbirds.
