Shenzhen High-Tech Investment, also known as Shenzhen HTI Group, is a state-owned financial services company set up by the Shenzhen municipal government in 1994. Alongside financial guarantee services for technology SMEs, it runs venture capital, direct lending and credit enhancement. The group has made more than 400 investments, including early support for BYD, Han's Laser and Sinovac Biotech.
