One Way Ventures is a Boston and San Francisco-based seed venture firm founded in 2017 by Semyon Dukach, the former director of Techstars Boston. The thesis is to back exceptional immigrant founders building global companies. The fund invests exclusively pre-seed and seed where at least one founder is an immigrant, with 56% of the portfolio minority-founded. Sectors covered include enterprise software, robotics and automation, aerospace and defence, fintech and developer tools. Notable holdings include Tive (supply chain visibility) and KarmaCheck.
