About
Manufacturing USA is a US national network of manufacturing innovation institutes, established in 2014 to strengthen domestic advanced manufacturing. Each institute focuses on a specific technology area, convening industry, academia and government to move technologies from laboratory demonstration towards production and to train the workforce. The National Science Foundation supports the network by speeding the translation of basic research into use.
