About
Mainport Innovation Fund Mainport Innovation Fund (MIF II) was founded in 2015 through an unusual consortium of Dutch transport infrastructure operators: Schiphol Airport, KLM, TU Delft, NS (Dutch Railways), and the Port of Amsterdam. The fund focused on sustainable aviation, mobility, and logistics innovation, writing initial tickets of €200K to €1M with follow-on capacity up to €3M per company. In 2022, MIF merged with SHIFT Invest to form a combined €110M impact fund, managed by NBI Investors
