Lunar Ventures Lunar Ventures, a Berlin-based pre-seed deep tech VC founded in 2017, launched its €50M Fund II in May 2025 after a successful Fund I (€40M, 2021) that backed 25 companies including Deepset (NLP infrastructure), Zama (homomorphic encryption), and Molecule (decentralized biotech). The LP base for Fund II includes Isomer, Exor Lingotto, and RSJ. The investment thesis deliberately looks "beyond AI" to focus on rare data at scale, bio-computation, and autonomous systems infrastructure
