Innovacorp was the venture arm of the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, founded in 1995 and merged into Invest Nova Scotia in 2022. It provided seed and early-stage funding to startups in information technology, life sciences, clean technology and ocean technology. Its exit from advanced-materials firm Meta Materials returned around $104m.
