GFT Ventures is a deep-technology venture firm founded in 2021 and based in Palo Alto, backing early-stage startups in AI, data science and autonomous machines across the US and Israel. It raised a $140m first fund and invests at seed and Series A. It was co-founded by former NVIDIA executive Jeff Herbst and Samsung Ventures founder Jay Eum.
