Garuda Ventures is a B2B pre-seed firm based in San Francisco that most often leads a founder's first round. Started in 2018 as a proof-of-concept fund, it raised a $31m debut institutional fund. It is led by Rishi Taparia, Arpan Punyani and James Richards, who came from Legion, Okta and an earlier startup exit.
