About

FTTF is the technology-transfer venture fund of Germany's Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, with offices in Munich, Bonn and Freiburg, backed by the European Investment Fund. It invests at pre-seed and occasionally seed in deep-tech spin-offs using Fraunhofer technology, with follow-on of up to €5m. Since 2019 it has financed 39 startups, and a successor fund, TT49, has been launched.
