f7 Ventures is a San Francisco seed fund founded in 2018 by seven senior female operators who met at Facebook. It backs early-stage founders, with a focus on women and people of colour, and closed its first institutional fund at $50m in 2022. General partners Kelly Graziadei and Joanna Lee Shevelenko lead the firm.
