DeepTech & Climate Fonds is a German government-backed fund based in Berlin, financed by the German Future Fund and the ERP Special Fund. It plans to invest around €1bn in companies with long development cycles and high capital needs, at Series A and beyond. Holdings include Proxima Fusion, planqc and The Exploration Company. Its management is moving to High-Tech Gründerfonds from February 2026.
