The CDIB Cross Border Innovation Fund is a venture vehicle of CDIB Capital Group, the investment arm of Taiwan's KGI Financial Holdings. Formed in 2024 as a joint venture with Japan's Cool Japan Fund, it targets Asian companies with Taiwan-Japan cross-border reach, investing in mobile commerce, digital transformation, AI and blockchain. It has raised about $62m towards a target of $75m to $100m.
