Brown Venture Group is a Minneapolis firm founded in 2018 by Dr Paul Campbell, investing exclusively in Black, Latino and Native American technology founders. It combines venture building with early cheques of $10,000 to $100,000 in emerging technologies including clean energy, media production and health tech. To date it has backed 26 startups and is raising a $50m inaugural fund.
