Bedrock is a multi-stage, industry-agnostic venture firm founded in 2018 by Geoff Lewis and Eric Stromberg, based in Austin and managing around $2bn. It looks for what it calls narrative violations, backing companies that challenge prevailing market expectations. Holdings span fintech, software and defence, including Rippling, Vercel, the directed-energy firm Epirus and the public-safety company Flock Safety.
