Agya Ventures is an early-stage firm founded in 2019 by Kunal Lunawat and Nobu Iguchi, based in New York and San Francisco, investing in real estate and construction technology. It closed a $32m first fund in 2022, backed by Japanese property and construction groups including Mitsubishi Estate and Obayashi. The firm has since rebranded as Great Wave Ventures.
