Act One Ventures is a Los Angeles firm founded in 2016 by Alejandro Guerrero and Michael Silton, leading pre-seed and seed rounds in ecommerce infrastructure, vertical SaaS and fintech. It closed a third fund of $73m in December 2023 and has backed more than 50 companies. Its seed investment in AuditBoard led to a $3.15bn exit in 2024.
