Accel India is the India arm of the global venture firm Accel, established in 2008 and focused on early-stage investment in Indian startups. It wrote the first institutional cheque for Flipkart at a $4m post-money valuation. The portfolio includes Freshworks, Swiggy, BrowserStack, Zetwerk and Urban Company, and the firm closed a $650m India fund in 2025.
