1863 Ventures is a Washington DC organisation founded in 2016 that helps Black, Latino and other historically underrepresented founders grow their businesses through programming, coaching and access to capital. It pursues a goal of creating $100bn in new wealth by 2030 and has supported more than 5,000 founders. In late 2024 it restructured into a for-profit entity, New Majority Ventures.
